Valet crew made our stay easy!
Spent 2 nights, and honestly, the valet staff were super nice but they were understaffed. Ended up having to park on the street a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy, which was a big plus. Our breakfast was complimentary and the chef cooked up some great food. Just wished the valet had more people.

Had a lovely stay with an impeccably clean room and super comfy bed. Some delicious reasonably priced food delivered right to us. I enjoyed the convenient location near the university. The complimentary shuttle service helped me get around without any hassle. The staff was ready to assist me whenever I had questions, and it made my stay more pleasant. My visit was for my son’s graduation, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere that helped keep the excitement in check.
I found the parking situation to be inconvenient. It was not clear that valet-only parking was available, which caused some confusion.

Solid breakfast options including unique daily specials, catering to diverse tastes. Proximity to universities enhances convenience for visitors, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Comfortable room layout, ideal for peaceful relaxation after a busy day.
Parking presented a hassle. oversized vehicle options were limited and involved additional fees. The hotel’s overall condition felt outdated, with noticeable wear in both the rooms and public areas. The breakfast wasn't included in the rate, adding another cost to consider. Limited dining options available on-site meant venturing out for more variety.

The breakfast was top-notch, with hearty options to fuel your day of culinary adventures around the Steel City. Plus, the location is a hop away from amazing spots like Pamela's for those famous pancakes!
Only issue I encountered was the super thin walls—could hear neighbors chatting all night! Still, the comfy King Room made it a solid stay overall.
