Valet crew made our stay easy!

Spent 2 nights, and honestly, the valet staff were super nice but they were understaffed. Ended up having to park on the street a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy, which was a big plus. Our breakfast was complimentary and the chef cooked up some great food. Just wished the valet had more people.

Good value for a city holiday in Pittsburgh. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Consider avoiding valet parking to save some hassle.

The breakfast was top-notch, with hearty options to fuel your day of culinary adventures around the Steel City. Plus, the location is a hop away from amazing spots like Pamela's for those famous pancakes!

Only issue I encountered was the super thin walls—could hear neighbors chatting all night! Still, the comfy King Room made it a solid stay overall.
